Human-machine interfaces are the window your operators have into the automation system, displaying process values, alarm states and machine status at a glance. Replacing an HMI is not always straightforward. Screen sizes, mounting cut-outs, communication protocols and software versions must all align with the existing PLC and panel design. If your original panel is still available we can source a like-for-like unit that drops straight into the existing cut-out. Where the panel has been discontinued — as happens with older Siemens TP series or PanelView terminals — we can recommend a current equivalent that fits the panel opening and communicates with your PLC, and our programming team can help migrate the application to the new hardware.
