We provide PLC programming and support services for Siemens, Delta, Schneider and Allen-Bradley systems, helping South African plants maintain, optimise and develop their automation software.

Our programming services cover the full scope of PLC software work: making small changes to existing programs to fix a problem or improve performance, developing new programs for expanded or modified production lines, migrating programs from older platforms to current hardware, and documenting existing programs so your team has a clear understanding of how the system works. For plants that have lost program backups or inherited equipment without source code, we can upload the program from the PLC, reverse-engineer its structure and produce fully documented software that your team can maintain going forward.

We work both on-site and remotely, depending on the nature of the work and the urgency of your situation. For machine-down situations, we can connect remotely to diagnose program-related faults and implement fixes without waiting for an engineer to travel to your site. For larger projects, our engineers attend site to work alongside your team, understand the process in detail and implement changes with minimum disruption to production.
